Golden Egg Hunt – in Spring
This free annual event takes place in Downtown Mulvane at 11:30am on the Saturday preceding Easter. More than 20 Golden Eggs are hidden from the Museum on West Main Street to the East End of Main Street Park. These plastic eggs are well hidden as to provide an activity for people of all ages, including teens and older. Each Golden Egg contains a number that correlates directly to a prize valued at more than $20. Once a Golden Egg is found it is turned in at Prize Collection in Main Street Park and redeemed.
Pastel colored plastic eggs that are not golden are meant for kids under the age of 12 and may contain candy or other small prize.
